Fill out this form to nominate an individual, couple or business for the Woodland Chamber of Commerce - Agribusiness/Person(s) of the Year award.

Supporting letters of recommendation are highly encouraged. Please read the below criteria before submitting your nomination.

Successful applicants must:

Be upstanding members of their agricultural community, and their accomplishments must have positively impacted the Woodland community economically and/or philanthropically.
Have a lifetime of achievement in agriculture, be an industry leader, or be an upcoming active and innovative producer (or a combination of the two).
Be actively involved in the Woodland agriculture industry.
